Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 1 cupcondensed milk
  3. 2 tbspmilk powder
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 50 gmbutter
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. 1 tspvanilla essence
  10. 1 tbsplemon juice
  11. 8 inchbaking tin
  12. as neededRed food colour
  13. 50 gmCorn syrup
  14. 20 gmWater
  15. as neededWhipped cream

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour,milk powder, baking powder,baking soda mix nicely

    In a separate bowl add milk, vanilla essence, melted butter, oil and lemon juice.

    Mix all wet ingridents with dry ingredients to form a batter. Cover and keep aside for 10min.

    Pre heat oven for 180℃ then lower the temperature to 160℃. Put the batter into a grease tin and bake for 30 min. Check with a toothpick if it comes out clean our cake is Cooked. Cool completely on a wire rack

    Cover the cake with whipped completely and allow it to cool for1 hr.

    Our gel santa cup cake is ready to serve for Christmas party.

    Mix corn syrup 2 drop of red food colour and water to get the pouring consistency and pour it on the chilled cake. Make patterns or designs according to your wish to decorate the cake.
