In a pot, sauté the garlic and onion, then add the fresh cilantro and meat. Sauté and add the spices, then sauté again.

When the meat is browned, add the green beans and stir. Once they soften slightly, add the water with tomato paste, tomato, and lemon juice. Let it boil for about 30 minutes over medium heat. Serve with rice and vermicelli (recipe available).
