Shortbread butter biscuits (Homemade eet sum mors)

Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 500 gbutter/margarine
  3. 1 cupicing sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all your ingredients together, but make sure the dough is not too hard or soft.

    Place your dough on a flat surface or board, and shape it in a rectangular form.

  3. 3

    Then wrap your dough with plastic wrap or foil.

  4. 4

    Put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes or until firm.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 180°

  6. 6

    With a sharp knife cut your dough into thin slices.

  7. 7

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Nevermind the colour, if you like them lighter or brown it's still okay.

    Let them cool and enjooy.
