Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsidli dosa batter
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  3. 1/2 cupcoriander
  4. 1/2 inchgrated ginger
  5. 1 handfulcurry pata
  6. to tasteSalt for onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients with the dosa batter and heat a dosa tawa and smear oil on the dosa and cover with the lid and cook on both sides.. cook on slow flame so that it becomes crispy from outside. Serve with tomato chutney and ginger pickle.
