Start with 2 teaspoons of sugar.I recommend using 2 heaping teaspoons of katakuriko to start. Add more to taste. For 1 serving. Recipe by Momopanda cookpad.japan -

Ready In Five Minutes With a Microwave! Ginger Yuzu Tea (Yuzu Jam) Ready In Five Minutes With a Microwave! Ginger Yuzu Tea (Yuzu Jam)
I always drink hot tea by dissolving store bought jam, homemade dark brown sugar and ginger jam in hot water, but I thought that it would sure be convenient if the tea and ginger were mixed to begin with, so I made this. It has a nice sweet yet not not too sweet taste.Adjust the microwaving time based on the type of material and size of the container you use.(Tip: The mixture may boil over if you use a container that is too small. I used a 12x20cm silicone microwave steamer.) Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -

Honey Ginger Lemon Honey Ginger Lemon
I'm sensitive to the cold; obviously I'm cold in the winter, but even in the summer I get cold from the breeze that comes out of air conditioners. It's said that ginger warms you up and that vinegar slows the rise of blood sugar, which is good for dieting. I combined these two ingredients and made this drink. It was surprisingly easy to drink. If you would prefer it a little sweeter, or with more ginger, go ahead and alter this recipe to your preferences. There are many kinds of vinegar available, but use whatever you like. picy, Sweet and Salty New Ginger Tsukudani picy, Sweet and Salty New Ginger Tsukudani
I referred to"Try this with somen noodles King oyster and shimeji mushroom tsukudani" to create this recipe, but the new-harvest ginger's hot spiciness was too strong, so I added lots of sugar to change the flavor.Taste the ginger at Step 6. If it's still too hot and spicy, add more sugar and simmer a while longer. For using a pressure cooker. Recipe by Hokkori-no cookpad.japan -
Brown Sugar and Ginger Syrup Brown Sugar and Ginger Syrup
There are many recipes out there for brown sugar and ginger, but I wanted to make a version that was as concentrated as possible easily. I used to make this the "even easier" way, but ever since I encountered Cookpad user La Land's brown sugar syrup I've been adding mizuame to mine too. This is how I've been making this several times since last year. The amount of brown sugar that will melt in the juices that come out of the ginger is limited. If you use the "easier" method in particular, the lower the humidity the harder it is for the sugar to melt. You can just stir it up from the bottom of the jar before using, or put the jar in hot water to warm it through, and any crystallized parts will melt. Recipe by Soraten mama cookpad.japan -
