Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchopped gobhi
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 Tspginger paste
  4. 1 Tspgarlic paste
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1 Tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/2 Tspchilli powder
  10. 1/2 Tspgaram masala
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 2 Tspcoriander leaves
  14. 2 Tspcurd

Cooking Instructions

    In a Heat pan add oil,let it hot.

    Add cumin seeds, cracle it.

  3. 3

    Add onion,Brown it.

  4. 4

    Add ginger,garlic saute it.

  5. 5

    Add tomato cook it 2 miniutes.

  6. 6

    Add all spices & 2 Tsp water Fry it.

  7. 7

    Add curd mix it in slow flame.

  8. 8

    Add chopped gobhi Roast it 5 miniutes.

  9. 9

    Add salt & 2 cup of water.

  10. 10

    Cook it in pressure cooker, because it it some hard.

    Cook it 5 miniutes.

    Remove it from the flame.

    Keep it 5 miniutes for rest.

    After 5 miniutes open it.check the greavy lable.if needed add some more water.

    Greavy should be some thicker.it is your choice you can keep it dry.here we make dry.

    Sprinkle coriander leaf.

  17. 17

    Serve it any time of food.
