Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 2cloves
  3. 1/2 inchcinnamon stick
  4. 2cardamom
  5. 1/2 teaspoonginger
  6. 2-3peppercorns
  7. 2 teaspoontea leaves
  8. 2 teaspoonsugar
  9. 2 litrepressure cooker

Cooking Instructions

    First pour one glass of milk in pressure cooker then peel the cardamom and put it in followed by cloves ginger grated cinnamon stick and tea leaves. Close the lid with whistle and leave it for one whistle. Once done manually take out the pressure and strain the tea. Now it’s time to add sugar.
