রান্নার নির্দেশ সমূহ
- 1
আমড়ার খোসা ছাড়িয়ে নিন। নুন মেশান।
- 2
প্যানে ২ বড় চামচ সর্ষের তেল দিয়ে গরম করুন।
- 3
তেজপাতা,শুকনো লঙ্কা, গোটা কালো সর্ষে ও পাঁচফোড়ন ভাজুন।
- 4
এবার জল দিন।
- 5
চিনি দিন এবার।
- 6
চিনি গোলে সিরাপ হয়ে গেলে আমড়া দিয়ে দিন এবং সেদ্ধ করুন।
- 7
জল যখন শুকিয়ে যাবে তখন কালো গোলমরিচ দিন।
- 8
টক ও মিষ্টি চাটনি প্রস্তুত।
