Ingredients

  1. 20eggs
  2. 5large tomatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. Salt
  5. Oil

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the onions & fry in a pan till brown.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes & cook into a puree.

  3. 3

    Add the beaten eggs & stir gradually till it's smooth & cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve while hot with Ugali.
