Siapkan daun dan bahan yang digunakan. Susun daun serta bahan dalam satu bekas yang menarik.

Ambil daun dan sapukan kuah rojak mak bee.

Letakkan cebisan lengkuas, halia, bawang, limau, cili api, kacang dan kelapa diatas daun.

There are about 36,000 fried chicken restaurants in South Korea(data as of 2016). This is more than the number of McDonald's stores worldwide!!😱💦According to my husband, who is from Korea, yangnyeom chicken is usually not a home-cooked food and people mostly buy or order from outside. However, in overseas, we cannot always find Korean chicken shops. Also, I believe that the homemade one can be a bit more healthier than the one from outside. At almost every kopitiam there will be one stall that will be selling this curry rice.It consists of rice, 'banjir' with curry gravy, add on meat on top (can be char siew/siew yoke/steamed chicken), sunny side up egg and veges (normally long beans).In this recipe, I used my leftover 'Kari Ayam' from previous post for the gravy.
