Ingredients

  1. 250 gmboiled chane
  2. 1 cuptomato puree
  3. 1/2 cuponion paste
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspchana masala
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. Pinchhing
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspamchur
  10. To tastesalt
  11. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok add hing and onion paste and saute till brown in colour.

  2. 2

    Add tomato puree and salt in it and saute till leave in oil.

  3. 3

    Now add spices and saute for 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add boiled chane and some water,cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with puri.
