Ramuan

  1. 200grams coconut
  2. 10dried chillies
  3. 10small red onions
  4. 1tablespoon Maldive fish
  5. 3pips of garlic
  6. 30 mllemon/lime/vinegar (combined)
  7. Salt to taste

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Soak dried chillies in water for 5 minutes., then drain water away and pound to paste.

  2. 2

    Add onions and continue pounding, after which add in the garlic and pound to paste.

  3. 3

    Add Maldive fish and continue pounding to paste.

  4. 4

    Add the grated coconut and pound until well mixed, remove to a bowl.

  5. 5

    Add half teaspoon vinegar, lime and salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve with Milkrice, sugar separately. Half and hour cooking time.
