Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1/2 cuponions
  3. 1-2green chillies
  4. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  5. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  6. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  7. 1 tspSaunf
  8. 1 tspAjwain
  9. HandfulCoriander leaves
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal for 6-7 hrs. Grind it to smooth paste. Add salt.

    Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix well

  3. 3

    Make small balls and deep fry in batches. Serve hot with tomatoe ketchup, green chutney and fried chilli.
