Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgall purpose flour
  2. 1/2 kgmawa (khoya)
  3. as neededOil for frying
  4. a pinchsalt
  5. as neededChopped dry fruits
  6. 1/4 kgpowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a vessel, Pour all purpose flour in it,Add 2 tsp of oil.Knead with using water,Make a smooth dough.Keep it aside for half an hour

    For stuffing: take a bowl.Crumble khoya in it.Add chopped dry fruits and sugar in it,Mix well

    Take a portion of dough.Roll it like poori,take a spoon of stuffing.Fill in poori.Seal them from both sides in gujiya shape

    Fry them in medium hot oil,Ready to serve
