Cooking Instructions

Assemble all ingredients. Coarsely grind dryfruits and nutmeg powder, cardamom powder.

For outer layer: Take a mixing bowl add flour, ghee. Mix it well. crumble as shown.

Add little water and maKe not much soft dough. Make small balls out of it.

For Stuffing: Take a pan. Add khoya in it on slow flame. Till the khoya get soften. Off the flame.

Let it get cool. Now add dry fruits, Nutmeg powder, cardamom powder. Mix it. The mixture should cool down properly. Then only add powdered sugar.

Mix it all well and make all balls out of it.

Now prepare all gharis. Take rolling pin and roll thin Puris from the dough. Place the Stuffing ball in the middle of the Puri. Sea it properly.

Take all air from the sealed gharis by fork.

Now keep oil in deep pan on low flame. Deep fry all gharis.It should not get more golden. It should get pinkish colour.

For outer main layer: Take a bowl add ghee, Powder sugar. Mix it well. Keep it in freeze.

Once all gharis cool down completely. Dip it in the mixture of ghee sugar. Take it out on a plate. Keep it in the freeze.

Again do the same process.at least 3-4 times. Keep it in freeze.

While serving sprinkle dryfruits powder on it. Cut it from the middle and enjoy.
