  1. 2cup makki(maize)flour
  2. 1/2,cup wheat(gehu) flour
  3. 1cup chopped methi leaves
  4. Oil for frying and 4 tsp in dough
  5. 1tsp ajwain
  6. Salt to tast
  7. 4medium size boiled potatoes
  8. 1tsp choped green chilli
  9. 1/2tsp red chilli
  10. 1/2tsp amchurp powder
  11. 1tsp jeera powder
  12. 1pinch hing powder
  13. 1tsp fennel seed powder
  14. 3tsp chopped coriander leaves

    Fistly we take makki wheat flour and mix chopped methi leaves, oil,salt,ajwain add some water mix it well and make dough.keep it half an hour.

    Take boiled potatoes and chopped green chilli chopped coriander,red chilli powder dry mango powder salt,jeera powder and mix this all ingredients.than after make small puri shape rounds and fill potato masala middle in there and packed it softly and little press it.give the shape like samll shape puri

    Now fry it till it completely change golden colour then it will make crispy
