Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. Tspn vanilla
  4. 4eggs
  5. For the caramel;
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 3 tablespoonswater

Cooking Instructions

    Make your caramel by adding sugar and water and water in a saucepan and bring to boil until sugar is brownish

    Get your containers like ice cream container that has a cover or ramekins. Put caramel in each container and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix egg, milk, sugar and vanilla. Whisk and sieve out.

    Pour in each container and steam

  5. 5

    Steaming method: get a pot and put water do not fill it, put half way. Arrange the closed containers and close the pot, put on low heat. Let it steam for about 15-20 mins

    Put in a plate
