Ingredients

  • 200 grChinese rice cake
  • 100 grshredded coconut
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1Pandan leaves, washed and dreid then tied a into a knot

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the room temperature rice cake into bite size

  2. 2

    Steamed the shreded coconut with pandan and add salt, mix well

  3. 3

    Slowly roll the rice cake onto the plate of shredded coconut and serve
