Ingredients

  1. 1 kgblack chana / black chickpeas
  2. 40 gsalt
  3. 10 gred chilli powder
  4. 2clove
  5. 2cardamom
  6. 1 inchcinnamon
  7. A pinch hing / asafoetida
  8. 2 tbspGinger, garlic and green chilli paste
  9. 2 tablespoondry and grind coriander leaves
  10. 1/4 tablespoonmeetha soda / baking soda
  11. 50 grefind oil
  12. 2 teaspoonamchur / dry mango powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash chana

    It's soak for full night in water meetha soda

  3. 3

    Boil the chana with clove, cardamom, cinnamon, 20g salt in that water in which chana is soked

  4. 4

    Take an iron pan and heat the refind oil in it

  5. 5

    Add hing in it

  6. 6

    Add green chilli, ginger, garlic paste

  7. 7

    Add salt, red chilli, amchur, coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Then add boiled chana in it

  9. 9

    Take it in medium flame until the water is sear

  10. 10

    Then it's ready to eat
