Paratha is a famous food of indian subcontinent. From the list of stuffed paratha paneer paratha is my personal favourite. As per my knowledge it is mainly a punjab originated food but famous in all over India. It doesn't take too much time to make but comes out absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

For 2 people
  1. 2 cupatta
  2. 150 gmpaneer
  3. 1tsp red chilli powder
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masal powder
  6. 1 cupwater or as required
  7. As neededGhee or oil for frying the parathas

Cooking Instructions

    Take the atta in a mixing bowl,add 1 tspn of salt and mix them properly.

    Add little water at a time and make a nice smooth dough then cover it and keep it aside for 10 mins.

    Now take the paneer into another bowl and crumble it. Then add the chilli powder and salt as per taste and the garam masala powder(optional). Give it a nice mix with your hands.

    After that make some balls from the dough. Roll them one by one and give shape like puri.

    Take each puri in your hand and stuff them with a portion of paneer and close the sides and sequre properly.

    Now roll the stuffed balls and give them shape like paratha.

    Heat a tawa and add the paratha on hot tawa and keep the flame on medium.

    Flip over the paratha,when half cooked add ghee or oil and fry them till they change their colour.

    When cooked properly serve it hot on a plate with your favourite sabzi, achar or salad.
