  13. Clove 2
  14. 2 tbsp Coconut milk powder
  15. 2 tsp Chicken powder
  16. 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  17. lehson 3,4 jou
  18. 1 tsp Chinese salt
  19. Normal Salt as per taste

    Procedure:
    Egg me thora sa namak aur black pepper powder dal k usay cook kar len mince bana len.aur tamam vegetable ko cut kar k light fry karlen. salt b add karden.

    3 onion, tomato,green chilli,Sabut lehson 3,4 ko grind kar len
    Ik badi pateeli me oil dal k 3 choped onion golden brown karen phir isme grind tomato, onion, green chilli n lehson dal k thora bhunain.
    Add black pepper, dar cheeni,long,zeera,lehson paste..phir thora bhunain.
    Add red chilli powder, soya sauce, sirka, coconut powder, chineese salt, salt,knowr cubes..phir thora bhunain..
    Add potato n pea kuch dair pakayen.jab potato thore gal jaen add carrot gal jayen to egg dal kar pateela dhaken

    Ik dusre pateelay me rice boil karen. pani me salt n 1 tbsp sirka dal len.rice ko thora sakht rakhen ta k bad me ye dam pe masalay k sath pake.
    Rice boil ho jaye to masale wale pateelay me dal k mix kar k dam pe 15 min rakh den..
