Cooking Instructions

First soak rice in water for 10 min..

In big pot add water when it boils add salt & add soaked rice & cook on high flame for 3 min check rice if it's half done then strain it & keep it aside..

In pan add oil add beaten egg & scrambled it immediately add all veggies & seasoning saute it for 2 min then add rice mix it with care & pit it on dum for 5 min..

Serve 8t with steak & grilled vegetables.. enjoy
