Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cuprice
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 2 tspblack paper if you want less spice add 1 1/2 tsp
  4. 1 bunchSpring onion
  5. 1 cupCarrot shredded
  6. 1 cupCabbage
  7. 1 tbssoy sauce
  8. 1 tbsrice vinegar
  9. 2eggs
  10. 1 tspChinese salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the rice first and add 1 tsp of vinegar in the boiling water and 1 tsp salt when rice boiled 1/3drain them

    Add oil in a pan and make scrambled egg just add bit of salt and pepper in it.

    Then add all the vegetables and spices and stir them for 2 minutes add soya sauce and vinegar then mix well then add boil rice in that and mix well and put them on low flame for 15 minutes. Rice is ready you can serve this with chicken jelfrazi

I always use vinegar in this rice with lemon it might taste different.
