Ingredients

  1. Shredded Chicken 1 kilo
  2. 6Carrots
  3. 3Green bells
  4. 3Red peppers
  5. Onions 1 medium
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3 cubesMaggi
  8. Spices
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cook the shredded chicken with salt and spices,then keep aside.

  2. 2

    Cook carrots with little water and pinch of salt untill soft,drain away the water and pour little oil,add the shredded chicken and remaining vegies,add maggi and spices and stir fry.

    Serve with fries or white rice,cous cous and pasta
