Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 4 cupspoha
  2. 1big size potato
  3. 1 slicegreen chillies
  4. FewCoriander leaves for garnish
  5. Pinchmustard seeds
  6. Pinchcumin seeds
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspchilli flakes
  10. 1/2 cupsing dana
  11. 1/2 tspcumin and black pepper powder
  12. 10-12curry leaves
  13. To tasteSalt
  14. 1lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the pan add mungfali saute for 2-3 mins and keep aside. In second vessel add Poha and clean it with water and soak it.

    Heat the oil add curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds crackle it.

    Add potato cook it till they turn into a light golden brown, add turmeric powder, salt, cumin and coriander powder, chilli flakes, sliced green chillies mix it well.

    Now add soaked Poha fried mungfali and coriander leaves and mix it well,cook for 5 mins.

    After that Squeeze lemon juice.

    Ready serve it
