Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 2 tbspfresh cream
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1chopped tomato
  6. 1chopped capsicum
  7. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. As neededWater
  10. 1 tspblack pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl add suji and curd mix it well.

    Rest it for 10 minutes so suji observe curd moisture and double in size. Then after add cream. Mix well.

    Take all the veggies. Add in suji mixture. And mix well.

    Then add salt and pepper and mix well.if needed add some water to make thik consistency.

    Now take a bread and spread evenly this suji mixture on one side of bread.

    Now take a nonstick tava and brush oil on tava then flip the bread slice on tava and roast until rava mixture and all veggies little cooked. Cook both sides.

    Your open suji toast is ready to serve. Cut bread in 2 piece and enjoy with tomato sauce.
