Ingredients

  1. 3 cupboiled Chickpeas
  2. 2-3 cupwater
  3. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tbspSugar
  7. 3 tbspTamarind pulp (imli)
  8. 3 tbspKetchup
  9. 2 tbspCorn flour in 1/34 cup water
  10. 1 cupboiled potato in cube
  11. 3Chopped Tomato
  12. 1onion (Sliced)
  13. 1 tspChat masala
  14. 1/2 cupCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Kathiawari_Choley

    Take 2,3 Cup water..
    Add 3 cup boiled Chickpeas
    Cook in low flame
    Add Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Red chili crushed 1 tsp
    Mix Well........

    Add Sugar 1 Tbs
    Tamarind Pulp (imli) 3 Tbs
    Ketchup 3 Tbs
    Mix Well......

    Add Corn flour (2tbsp in 1/4 cup water)
    Mix Well....
    Add Potato cube shape 1 cup
    Cover the lid of pot n Cook 5 min
    Add Tomato chopped 3
    Onion 1 (Sliced)
    Mix Well......

    Add Coriander chopped half cup
    Chat Masala 1 tsp
    Mix Well....
    Toping with papdhi. Now its ready to serve
