Ingredients

  1. 250 gmgreen pumpkin cut with peel in cubes
  2. 1 tspmustard seeds
  3. 1/4 tspmethi dana
  4. 4-5curry leaves
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 2chopped tomatoes
  7. to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tbspsugar
  10. 1 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add hing,mustard seeds and methi dana.stir add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes.

    Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Add pumpkin cubes. Mix well and cover with lid. Cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until softened.

    Add amchoor powder, sugar and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minute to dissolve sugar.serve with chapattis or puries.
