Tomato Sabji

Peel the tomatoes and finally chop them with green chillis.

Heat oil in a pan and roast all the spices.

Now add chopped tomatoes and green chiilies. Give a nice stir and cover with lid for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes it will be thick. Add salt and tomatoes and green coriander. Turn off the gas and cover lid for 2 minutes.

Mix well and serve hot.
