Cooking Instructions

    Ginger garlic aur green chilli me toradal kar paste bana len.
    Ek pan me zeera,coriander seed aur red chilli bottom ko roast karein phir grind kar len aur is me 1.1/2 tbsp kasuri methi dal kar mix kar len karahi masala ready hai.

    Ek pan me oil dal kar ginger garlic aur green chilli paste dal kar bhoona.phir is me chicken, Worcestershire sauce,

    Salt aur tomater dal mix karein aur cover kar k pakein

    Jab gal jay aur salan me thickness a jayto karahi masala aur green chilli dal kar high flame per bhoona.

    Last me ginger julianne dal dain.aur garam koyla rak kar is per 1 tsp oil dal cover kar dain.

    Now koyla chicken karahi ready. Serve with nan and raita.
