Another delicious soup on my list for winter is harira soup, although harira soup used to eat when it's Ramazan time. During Ramazan for iftar, eat with nan (flatbread), and yogurt is more than enough to full your tummy after a day of fasting. Harira soup is originally from Morocco, but when I was in Pakistan, I ate another version of harira soup also. When it's come to food, it usually has similarities, only the difference in ingredients spicy or how to cook it. And this time, I made harissa paste ( also after few days of looking for it but didn't find it.

  1. 700 grbeef bones
  2. 400 grbeef
  3. 2 cupsred lentil
  4. 4 cupssoaked chickpeas
  5. 2onions
  6. 1 knobgarlic
  7. 2big ripe tomatoes (peel and dice it) or 1 can crushed tomatoes
  8. 3 stalkscelery leaves
  9. 6 stalkscilantro or coriander leaves
  10. 2.5 tbspharissa paste
  11. 4 tbspolives oil
  12. 1 tspground cumin
  13. 5 cmginger (sliced it)
  14. 1segment turmeric (slice it) or 2 tsp ground turmeric
  15. 2.5salt
  16. 6 cupswater
  17. 1 tbspflour mixed with 1/3 cup of water
  18. 2cinnamons bark

Cara Membuat

    Grate or crush onion and garlic, saute it using the olives oil in a big saucepan. Once the aroma is coming, add the harissa paste, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon./Parut atau hancurkan bawang bombay dan bawang putih, tumis menggunakan minyak zaitun dalam panci besar. Setelah aromanya muncul, tambahkan pasta harissa, jahe, jinten, kunyit, dan kayu manis.

    Keep sauteing it in a small heat for 2 minutes. Add the beef and beef bones, keep sauteing till the beef water comes by itself. Then add the lentil, chickpeas, salt, and water./Terus tumis dengan api kecil selama 2 menit. Tambahkan daging sapi dan tulang sapi, tumis terus hingga air dagingnya keluar dengan sendirinya. Kemudian tambahkan lentil, kacang arab, garam, dan air.

    Boil the soup till all the ingredients soft (beef and chickpeas) for around 2 hours. Stir the soup every 10 minutes so the bottom part is not burning. When the beef and chickpeas are ready, add the chopped celery and cilantro./Rebus sup hingga semua bahan lunak (daging sapi & kacang arab) selama sekitar 2 jam. Aduk sup setiap 10 menit agar bagian bawahnya tidak gosong. Saat daging sapi dan buncis siap, tambahkan seledri cincang dan daun ketumbar.

    Continue to simmer for 15 minutes, then add the flour-water liquid and continue to cook for 15 minutes more./Lanjutkan mendidih selama 15 menit, lalu tambahkan cairan tepung-air dan terus masak selama 15 menit lagi.

    Harira soup is ready to serve added cilantro as a topping and accompanied by nan (flatbread), yogurt, and lemon./Sup harira siap disajikan dengan tambahan daun ketumbar sebagai topping dan ditemani nan (flatbread), yogurt, dan lemon. Bon Appetit! Selamat Makan!
