Green beans is one of my husband’s favorite vegetable. They are very easily turn into brown color if you not cook them as soon as possible or at least the day after you bought them.

Green beans is one of my husband’s favorite vegetable. They are very easily turn into brown color if you not cook them as soon as possible or at least the day after you bought them.
Cara Membuat

Heat frying pan on a medium heat, pour 2 tablespoon olive oil.
Then sauté garlic until fragrant. (Panaskan penggorengan, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak zaitun atau minyak goreng, kemudian tumis batang putih sampai wangi) - 2
Stir in green beans and cover the pan with a lid about 3 minutes. (Masukkan buncis, aduk dan tutup selama 3 menit)

Add in salt, soy sauce, mushroom seasoning powder, ground black pepper and chicken broth. Mix well. Cover with lid for another 5 minutes. (Masukkan garam, kecap asin, bubuk kaldu jamur, bubuk lada hitam dan air kaldu. Aduk rata. Tutup kembali dan masak selama 5 menit)

Add in chopped basil leaves, mix well. Remove the pan from the heat. (Masukkan potongan daun basil, aduk rata. Matikan api kompor)
