  1. 500 grmince beef
  2. 1potato cut and steamed
  3. 150 grfrozen peas
  4. 3 tbscooking oil
  5. 3cardamom pods
  6. 1big onion sliced
  7. 6garlic cloves pounded to paste
  8. 1,5 cmginger pounded to paste
  9. 2 tbspassata/tomato purée
  10. 1 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tbssweet paprika/ chilli powder for spicy lover
  12. 200 mlwater
  13. 1dried turmeric leaves soaked in water for 5 mins and sliced
  14. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  15. 1 tbslemon juice
  16. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cara Membuat

    On medium flame, heat oil in a wok or pan, add cardamom pods. Fry for 10 seconds then add onion, cook until soft and browned but not burnt about 15 mins

    Add garlic and ginger paste, cook for 2 mins. Stir in passata, stirring for 3 mins

  3. 3

    Turn the heat higher, add mince beef, stirring for one minute then add turmeric powder + sweet paprika (chilli) powder. Mix well for 4 mins.

    Pour in water, lower the heat, cover with lid and cook for 20 mins.

  5. 5

    After 20 mins, add turmeric leaves mix well for 5 mins. Season with salt, pepper and garam masala (also chopped chillies if you use it). Stir. Add lemon juice, turn off the heat and put the lid on.

    Let it steam for 10 mins and serve with rice, naan or parathas
