Easy and yummy keema is one of my hubby's comfort food. Give my little twist with turmeric leaves. It tastes heavenly.

Cara Membuat

On medium flame, heat oil in a wok or pan, add cardamom pods. Fry for 10 seconds then add onion, cook until soft and browned but not burnt about 15 mins

Add garlic and ginger paste, cook for 2 mins. Stir in passata, stirring for 3 mins

Turn the heat higher, add mince beef, stirring for one minute then add turmeric powder + sweet paprika (chilli) powder. Mix well for 4 mins.

Pour in water, lower the heat, cover with lid and cook for 20 mins.

After 20 mins, add turmeric leaves mix well for 5 mins. Season with salt, pepper and garam masala (also chopped chillies if you use it). Stir. Add lemon juice, turn off the heat and put the lid on.

Let it steam for 10 mins and serve with rice, naan or parathas
