બીટનો હલવો..
રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

બીટને છીણીને તૈયાર કરી લો. પછી એક કડાઈમાં ઘી ગરમ કરવા મુકો ઘી ગરમ થઇ જાય એટલે નાખી દો અને સાંતળી લો. થોડું સંતળાઈ જાય પછી દૂધ ઉમેરો અને હવે દૂધને ઉકળવા દો.

હવે દૂધ અને બીટનો મિક્સર જ્યાં સુધી ગાઢ ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી હલાવ્યા કરો અને થોડું બાકી રહે ત્યારે ખાંડ નાખી દો અને. થોડીવાર ઉપર રહેવા દઈને પછી ગરમ થાય એટલે નીચે ઉતારી લેવું અને ગાર્નિશ કરો અને સર્વ કરો
