Very nice burfi can be made from milk powder. Once you make it at home, then you will not want to eat outside burfi.
Cooking Instructions

Now add slightly heated milk and stir. After that add powdered sugar and mix and keep stirring continuously.

When the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and stir. When the mixture separates from the pan, remove it from the gas.

Place butter paper on the bottom of a tray and let the mixture set. Then let it set in the freezer for half an hour.

When it is set properly, grind it and garnish it with almonds

This milk powder burfi is very tasty. You can store it in the freezer for eight to ten days.
