Steps

Take a mixing bowl add ragi flour and wheat flour in it
•add turmeric powder, chilli powder,dhaniya jeera powder, salt and sesame seed in it
• add oil and kasuri meethi in it - 2
Mix everything well and add hot water in it
• make soft dough - 3
Take small ball of dough and roll the thepla
• use dry wheat flour for rolling the thepla - 4
Add the thepla on hot tava
• cook the thepla from both the side - 5
Apply butter ghee Or oil in thepla and cook it golden from both the side
• cut the thepla into four piece and serve it - 6
Yummy and delicious ragi thepla is ready to eat
• enjoy it with dahi
