Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchmethi (fenugreek leaves)
  2. 1 bowlgreen peas
  3. 4tomatoes chopped
  4. 6-8garlic cloves chopped
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tbspfresh cream (malai)
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Clean bunch of methi.

    Wash methi and blanch it hasn't oil in pressure cooker add garlic chopped saute it for two minutes till it turns in golden brown colour

    Add tomatoes.

    Add dry spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt mix it add methi and saute it add mutter little garam masala mix it properly add cream cover it with lid cook till done.
