Steps

First wash out the green methi properly.
Blanch the matar. - 2
Now heat the pan add 1 tsp oil add methi, pinch of salt and cook till the methi releases it's water and keep aside.

Now same pan add 2 tbsp oil add chopped onion and saute till becomes golden brown.

Add haldi, dhaniya, mirch powder and salt and saute for a minute
- 5
Add pure of tomato, garlic, ginger, chilli, cashew nuts and cook till the oil separates from it.

Add malai and stir for couple of minutes

Add matar, methi and half cup of water stir well, cover the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Add kasoori methi, garam masala cook for a while

Ready to serve methi matar malai with roti, paratha,naan...It's yummmm
