  1. 1 cupquinoa
  2. as neededfew leaves of baby spinach
  3. 1 pomegranate seeds
  4. as neededitalian dressing
  5. or
  6. dressing made with
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 1 spoon mixed italian herbs
  9. as neededjuice of 1 lemon
  10. 1 spoon honey

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and soak quinoa for 1 hr

  2. 2

    Boil quinoa for 10 mins on low flame

  3. 3

    Add baby spinach, chopped apple and pomegranate seeds and italian dressing and enjoy the salad
