Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 kgmutton
  2. 250 gmmethi leaves chopped
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tbspnginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspmeat masala powder
  10. As neededwater for gravy
  11. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a cooker add oil let it heat then add onions cook till translucent then add ginger garlic paste cook for few minutes then add washed mutton cook till it leaves it's water, add methi mix well.

    Add masala cook for few minutes.. add tomatoes and salt mix well

  3. 3

    Adjust water and close the lid and cook till 5 whistle on a low flame.. serve hot with rice or roti..
