Guava Curry

Guava is the fruit which available during winter season. It has good sauce of vitamins, minerals and fibers. It has good sauce of Vitamin C and Vitamin A which are good for eyes and skin. Guava is used for making salad, shakes, juice and Icecream but today we are going to make tasty Guava Curry in Gujarati style.

Guava is used for making salad, shakes, juice and Icecream but today we are going to make tasty Guava Curry in Gujarati style.
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in kadai. Add cumin seeds, Asafoetida and turmeric powder. saute it for 30 seconds.

Cut Guava in medium size pieces and add it into kadai, Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and salt. Add approx 100ml water and mix well. cover the kadai with plate and cook it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes Add Jaggery pieces and mix it and cook for 5 minutes so the Jaggery can melt and mix with Curry. You can also add chopped tomatoes in this Curry. Turn off the flame.

Add some chopped coriander and serve it hot with Chapattis or Paratha.
