Ingredients

  1. 3-4Boil potatoes
  2. 1/2 bowlCorn flour
  3. as requiredBesan
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. as per tasteChaat masala
  6. 1 bowlCurd
  7. as requiredImli chutney
  8. as requiredCoriander chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Mashed the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add besan and corn flour into the mashed potatoes.

  3. 3

    Now make the tikki balls from the dough.

  4. 4

    Put oil in pan not for deep fry.

  5. 5

    Now put the tikki balls on the pan.

  6. 6

    Heat in medium flame from both the sides.

  7. 7

    Serve with homemade chutney which can be of imli or coriander chutney.
