Ingredients

  1. 1cup-mashed boil potatoes
  2. 6slices-bread(white/brown)
  3. 1/2tsp-chopped ginger
  4. 1/2 tspgreen chilli
  5. 2 tspchopped onion
  6. 1 tspcapsicum
  7. 1 tspcarrot
  8. 1 tspcoriander
  9. 1/3 tspchaat masala
  10. 1/3 tspcumin powder
  11. to tasteSalt and red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl put all veggies,spices mix it together nicely

  2. 2

    Firstly cut edges of bread secondly sprinkle some water on the bread slices and squeeze the excess water press the bread slices with help of the palm

  3. 3

    Put some mixture on squeezed bread slice and roll it make all rolls rest it for 10 minutes (rest makes more crispy)

  4. 4

    Fry the rolls till it becomes golden brown
