Cucumber lasi or smoothie is refreshing and tasty. On a hot summer day cold cucumber lasi quenches your thirst and makes you feel good. To peel or not to peel the cucumber is left to you. Blended all ingredients except pepper in a blender with a cup of water. To drink right after making added a few ice cubes which readily chilled it. Using a peppermill, I grounded the pepper corns right over the glass. I chilled the lasi in a clay pot and refrigerated it to drink any time I felt like drinking #goldenapron3
