  1. 2 cupsleaves
  2. 1/2 inchpeeled ginger
  3. 1/2green chili
  4. 1 cupyogurt
  5. 1/2 tspfreshly ground pepper powder
  6. requiredSalt

Steps

    Prepare a checklist. Gather the necessary materials and keep them nearby

    Wash and clean the leaves well. It is your choice to remove the stem or not. Both SOLUBLE AND INSOLUBLE fiber nutrients are beneficial ingredients
    in a mixing jar, add water cress leaves, ginger, green chilies, 6c water and blend for 5-6 times. To filter the juice or not is your choice. Transfer to a jar. Refrigerate.

    Add yogurt to the blended juice and whisk before serving. Add salt. Pour into a tumbler. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper on top. Lassi is ready to enjoy. If you don't want to make lassi, you can mix with honey to your taste and lime juice to the blended water cress juice and drink it.
