Carrot & oats kheer
My dish is power-packed kheer with carrots and oats.
Actually I don’t like oats in milk but at the same time I like gajar ki kheer-so I combined both and made this. - 2
For one cup kheer just one grated carrot in enough
I use orange carrots as it's available here all throughout the year - 3
Grate a carrot. Heat up the milk in a pan and add grated carrot to it. Let it boil for 2 minutes then add oats to it.
- 4
I don’t use sugar in this kheer as carrots have a sweet taste.
- 5
Towards the end I add a pinch of cardamom powder and chopped almonds
- 6
Tadda💃💃💃
5 minutes ki jhatpat kheer ready for breakfast - 7
Oats help in thickening of milk so you don’t have to cook it for long
Relish !!!!!
