Pavbhaji with buttermilk papad and salad

Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsmix vegetables like beans potato cabbage and carrots
  2. Tomato onion capcicum
  3. Masslas pavbhaji masala salt as per requirement
  4. Chill powder turmeric powder dhaniya powder
  5. Ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste
  6. Oil butterand ghee

Cooking Instructions

    Boil all the vegetables in poker with four whistles then smash all the vegetables

  2. 2

    In a pan put 4 Spoon oil and jeera then add the onion garlic ginger paste tomato and cook the till it becomes soft turns in to gravy then

    Add all the vegetables masslas and mix well till all the masslas mixed with vegetables add red chilli powder for the red colour that is Kashmiri chilli powder

    And spread corriender leavse and serve with butter on it then road pav or bread in butter

  5. 5

    And serve with buttermilk and papad and salad of tomatoes onions and lemon
