Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMutton
  2. 250 gramscurd
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 5onion chopped and brown
  5. 15 tspcumin seeds
  6. 6black pepper
  7. 6clove
  8. 1 " cinnamon sticks
  9. 3black cardamom
  10. 4green cardamom
  11. 1star anise
  12. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  13. 3bay leaves
  14. 1 cupoil
  15. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  17. 12almonds soaked and peeled
  18. 2 tbspdried grated coconut
  19. Fewjaifal
  20. Fewjavatri
  21. FewKesar threads
  22. 2 tbsprose water
  23. 4green cardamom seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixer jar add almonds, green cardamom seeds, coconut, kesar threads, javatri, jaifal, rose water and grind it well paste and keep aside.

    Take cooker, add oil, cumin seeds, black pepper, clove, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf, star anise, mutton and stir fry well then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir fry well. Add curd cook it well and then add some water and cover the lid of the cooker and pressure 3-4 whistles.

    For mutton tender add brown onion and cook 5 minutes and add grind masala, mix well and cook add some water, then again cook well for 10 minutes low flame.

    Ready to serve with naan.
