Ingredients

6 paranthas
  1. 1 CupSpinach Leaves
  2. 1/2 CupMint Leaves
  3. 1/2 CupFenugreek Leaves
  4. 2Green Chillies
  5. 1.5 CupWhole Wheat flour
  6. 1/2 CupOats Flour
  7. 1/4 th cup Grated Cottage Cheese
  8. PinchAsafoetida
  9. 1/2 TspCumin seeds powder
  10. 1/2 Tspcoriander Powder
  11. 1 TspSalt
  12. 1/2 TspCumin Seeds
  13. 1 TbspChaat Masala
  14. 1/2 TspDry Ginger powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take spinach, fenugreek and mint leaves. Also, take 2 Green chillies and chop their sticks.

    Wash them thoroughly and finely chop them.

  3. 3

    Now add cottage cheese and all the spices- Asafoetida, cumin seeds, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, dry ginger powder, chaat masala and salt.

    Mix everything nicely and keep aside. Now take both the flours-wheat and oats.

  5. 5

    Knead a soft medium dough with warm water. The dough should not be very hard. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes, knead again for few seconds and then roll out a round shape.

  7. 7

    Make a Patantha in ghee or chapati as per your choice and enjoy hot with Garlic Chutney and spicy Malai dip!
