Avocado Flatbread
Fast and healthy recipe that I found helps me stay full.
Steps

Optional: If using a plain or wheat wraps cut the wrap in half.

Smash then spread avocado on both halves of the wrap.

Slice and place the tomatoes on a section of one of the half wraps. Fold the wrap to secure the tomato slices inside. -Follow the same steps to the other half of the wrap.

Heat up a frying pan with butter. Place the folded wraps onto the pan and fry for a few seconds (until the wraps are slightly hard in texture).

Optional: Fry an egg to serve on the side.
